FOREIGN PERSONNEL PERMIT CONSULTANCY
Foreign Personnel Work Permit covers international workforce and those working in Turkey, receiving vocational training, doing internships, providing cross-border services or operating within this scope, work permits or work permit exemptions.
Companies wishing to obtain a permit to employ foreign personnel must meet the following criteria.
Individuals wishing to employ foreign personnel for home care services must submit to the Ministry the benefit that the relevant person will provide, together with a justification. The salary of the personnel who will work in home services must not be less than the base salary determined by the Ministry.
If the foreign personnel candidate is in the country with a temporary residence permit, the work permit applicant must have a residence permit period of at least 180 days.

In order for the Work Permit Requests of Foreigners to be Evaluated, the Criteria that Form the Minimum Limit that Applicant Workplaces and Foreigners Must Meet must be met.
