SME DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose of the Program
In line with the country's national and international goals, it is to support digital transformation processes in order to improve and make the business processes of small and medium-sized enterprises more efficient, to increase their competitive power and to increase their share in the economy.
Within the scope of this program;
Businesses that have received digital transformation consultancy service from digital transformation consultants certified by TÜBİTAK Turkey Industry Management and Administration Institute (TÜSSİDE), have an approved Digital Transformation Assessment Analysis and Roadmap Report* and whose “Operating Profit” or “Total Equity” of the last 3 (three) fiscal years is not negative can apply.

GREEN INDUSTRY SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose and Scope of the Program
To contribute to the efficient realization of green transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Within the scope of the project, KOSGEB aims to;
Evaluate the renewable energy potential of our country,
Increase their awareness of the use of environmentally friendly technologies,
Develop their capacities to reduce energy costs,
Develop their capacities for environmental sustainability, competitiveness, investment opportunities, digitalization and more efficient consumption of resources with the aim of assurance in resource supply

** Businesses operating in the provinces of Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş and Malatya, and the districts of İslahiye and Nurdağı in Gaziantep, whose workplaces have been damaged and can document this situation (a building with minor damage, moderate damage, severe damage or urgent demolition), will be supported at a 90% rate for projects to be carried out in these provinces.
SME TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT INVESTMENT (TECHNO-INVESTMENT) SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose and Scope of the Program
To ensure the production and commercialization of products resulting from Research and Development (R&D)/Product Development (P&D)/innovation activities and products in the medium-high/high technology field that will contribute to the current account.
The upper limit of the supports to be provided within the scope of the Support Program is;
A total of 2,000,000 TL, including 1,400,000 TL reimbursable and 600,000 TL non-reimbursable for products in the low/medium-low technology field,
A total of 10,000,000 TL, including 7,000,000 TL reimbursable and 3,000,000 TL non-reimbursable for products in the medium-high/high technology field.
Application Requirements
1- In order to apply within the scope of products resulting from R&D/P&D/innovation activities; it is essential that the product subject to the investment project has emerged as a result of one of the following studies and the prototype study has been successfully completed.
a) R&D/P&D/innovation projects supported by KOSGEB and R&D/innovation projects supported by other public institutions and organizations, foundations established by law or international funds
b) Patent document
c) Doctoral study
ç) Technological product (TÜR) experience document
d) R&D and innovation projects conducted in domestic technology development zones
e) R&D and innovation projects conducted in TEKMERs
f) R&D activities conducted in public research institutes/centers
g) R&D and innovation activities conducted in R&D Centers established within the scope of Law No. 5746 on Support for Research, Development and Design Activities, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 12/03/2008 and numbered 26814 and entered into force
In order to apply within the scope of products resulting from R&D/P&D/innovation activities, the dates of the documents specified below must be at most 5 years ago as of the application date.
a) For R&D/P&D/innovation projects supported by KOSGEB; the date on which the board decision regarding the successful completion of the project is recorded in the document
b) For R&D/innovation projects supported by other public institutions and organizations, foundations established by law or international funds; the date on which the document is issued indicating that the project has been successfully completed
c) For a patent document; the date on which the patent document is issued
ç) For a doctoral study; the graduation date stated in the doctoral diploma
d) For R&D/innovation projects carried out in domestic technology development zones; the date on which the document is issued indicating that the project has been successfully completed
e) For R&D and innovation projects carried out in TEKMERs; the date on which the document is issued indicating that the project has been successfully completed
f) For R&D activities carried out in public research institutes/centers; date of the document indicating that the project has been successfully completed
g) For R&D/innovation activities carried out in R&D Centers established within the scope of Law No. 5746 on Support for Research, Development and Design Activities, which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated 12/03/2008 and numbered 26814; date of the document indicating that the project has been successfully completed
In applications to be made for products for which a TÜR experience certificate has been obtained, it is essential that the TÜR experience certificate is valid on the application date. The beginning of the validity date of the TÜR experience certificate is the date of launch of the product specified on the certificate.
2-Applications to be made in order to ensure the production and commercialization of products that will contribute to the current account; It is essential that they are made for products in the medium-high/high technology field and included in the List of Products to Contribute to the Current Account.

Support Upper Limits:
For products in the low/medium-low technology field, 1,400,000 TL is refundable and 600,000 TL is non-refundable, totaling 2,000,000 TL,
For products in the medium-high/high technology field, 7,000,000 TL is refundable and 3,000,000 TL is non-refundable, totaling 10,000,000 TL.

STRATEGIC PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose and Justification of the Program
Purpose: To support investment projects that you will make to increase the production of high value-added products in medium-high and high-tech sectors in Turkey and products that are critical for the development of these sectors within the scope of the Technology-Focused Industrial Move Program carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
Scope: Within the scope of the program, your investment projects will be supported up to a total of 6,000,000 (six million) TL, including 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand) TL non-refundable and 4,200,000 (four million twelve hundred thousand) TL refundable.
Application Requirements:
Businesses with a capital company status established in Turkey, which are invited to make a preliminary application to the Ministry and a final application to produce products included in the Technology-Focused Industrial Move Program call plan, and are directed to KOSGEB through the portal, and are registered in KBS, are active and have an up-to-date SME information declaration, can apply.

TEKMER SUPPORT PROGRAM
The purpose of this support program is to establish and operate structures that will provide pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation services to ensure the establishment and sustainability of businesses in the field of R&D, innovation and technological entrepreneurship in line with national plans and programs through cooperation between actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

(**) Within the scope of Electric Motors Replacement Expenses Support, for businesses with total energy consumption between 10 TEP and 50 TEP in the last 12 (twelve) months before the start date of the electric motor survey service, it is 200,000 (two hundred thousand) TL, for businesses with total energy consumption between 50 TEP and 100 TEP, it is 400,000 (four hundred thousand) TL.
