1. Delivery Terms
    Delivery of services is carried out within the period and method specified on the date the service is purchased. Delivery of the service is completed with the execution or presentation of the service. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of service and the exact dates are notified to the Buyer when the service is purchased.
    Performance of Service
    Performance of the service will be carried out on the date requested by the Buyer or on the dates agreed upon. In case of any delay, the Buyer will be informed in advance.
    Return Terms
    If the Buyer is not satisfied with the service purchased, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal expires as of the date the performance of the service begins.
    Return Request
    The return request must be submitted to the Company in writing (via e-mail) by the Buyer. In cases where the return request is accepted, the payment made to the Buyer will be returned within [X] days after the request is approved.
    Return Process
    The return process works as follows:
    When the Buyer submits the return request, the request will be reviewed and if found appropriate, approval will be given.

    After the return approval, the relevant fee will be refunded to the Buyer within [X] days or will be processed by another method specified by the Buyer (for example, account number).
    Return Fees
    In case of return of the services, the transaction costs (if any) will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
