Purpose of the Program
In line with the country's national and international goals, it is to support digital transformation processes of small and medium-sized enterprises in order to develop and make their business processes more efficient, increase their competitiveness and increase their share in the economy.
Within the scope of this program;
Having received digital transformation consultancy services from digital transformation consultants certified by TÜBİTAK Turkey Industrial Management Institute (TÜSSİDE), having an approved Digital Transformation Evaluation Analysis and Roadmap Report* and having the last 3 (three) fiscal years “Operating Profit” or the last fiscal year “Self” Businesses whose Total Resources are not negative can apply.

SME TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT INVESTMENT (TEKNOYATIRIM) SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose and Scope of the Program
To ensure the production and commercialization of products resulting from Research and Development (R&D)/Product Development (P&D)/innovation activities and products in the field of medium-high/high technology that will contribute to the current account account.
The upper limit of the support to be provided within the scope of the Support Program;
- A total of 2,000,000 TL, including 1,400,000 TL with refund and 600,000 TL without refund, for products in the low/medium-low technology field,
- For products in the medium-high/high technology field, the amount is 7,000,000 TL with a refund and 3,000,000 TL without a refund, for a total of 10,000,000 TL.
Application conditions
1- In order to apply within the scope of products resulting from R&D/Product Development/innovation activities; It is essential that the product subject to the investment project has emerged as a result of one of the following studies and the prototype work has been completed successfully.
a) R&D/Product Development/innovation projects supported by KOSGEB and R&D/innovation projects supported by other public institutions and organizations, foundations established by law or international funds
b) Patent certificate
c) Doctoral study
d) Technological product (TÜR) experience certificate
d) R&D and innovation projects carried out in domestic technology development zones
e) R&D and innovation projects carried out in TEKMERs
f) R&D activities carried out in public research institutes/centers
g) R&D and innovation activities carried out in R&D Centers established within the scope of the Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 26814 dated 12/03/2008.
In order to be able to apply within the scope of products resulting from R&D/Product Development/innovation activities, the document dates specified below must be at most 5 years prior to the application date.
a) For R&D/Product Development/innovation projects supported by KOSGEB; The date when the board decision regarding the successful completion of the project was recorded in the document record
b) For R&D/innovation projects supported by other public institutions and organizations, foundations established by law or international funds; Date of issuance of the document proving that the project has been successfully completed
c) For the patent certificate; issuance date of the patent certificate
d) For doctoral studies; graduation date on the doctoral diploma
d) For R&D/innovation projects carried out in domestic technology development zones; Date of issuance of the document indicating the successful completion of the project
e) For R&D and innovation projects carried out in TEKMERs; Date of issuance of the document proving that the project has been successfully completed
f) For R&D activities carried out in public research institutes/centers; Date of issuance of the document proving that the project has been successfully completed
g) For R&D/innovation activities carried out in R&D Centers established within the scope of Law No. 5746 on Support of Research, Development and Design Activities, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 26814 dated 12/03/2008; Date of issuance of the document proving that the project has been successfully completed
In applications to be made for the product for which the TÜR experience certificate has been obtained, it is essential that the TÜR experience certificate is valid on the date of application. The beginning of the validity date of the TÜR experience certificate is the date of placing on the market of the product specified on the document.
2- Applications to be made to ensure the production and commercialization of products that will contribute to the current account; It is essential to do this for products that are in the medium-high/high technology field and are in the List of Products that will Contribute to the Current Account.

STRATEGIC PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM
Purpose and Rationale of the Program
Purpose: Within the scope of the Technology-Focused Industrial Move Program carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, it is to support your investment projects aimed at increasing the production of high value-added products in the medium-high and high technology sectors in Turkey and products that are of critical importance for the development of these sectors.
Scope: Within the scope of the program, your investment projects will be supported up to a total of 6,000,000 (six million) TL, with a non-refundable amount of 1,800,000 (one million eight hundred thousand) TL and a refundable amount of 4,200,000 (four million two hundred thousand) TL.
Application conditions:
Enterprises with the status of capital companies established in Turkey are invited to make a preliminary application to the Ministry and make a final application to produce the products included in the Technology-Focused Industrial Move Program call plan, and are directed to KOSGEB through the portal and registered in KBS, active and with an up-to-date SME information declaration. Businesses can apply.
